Meet our speaker:
Dr. Luise Marino is a Clinical Academic Pediatric Dietician in the UK and works clinically in Neonatal/ Pediatric Intensive Care and Cardiology. Prior to this, she spent 15 years working in South Africa, including a number of years as Dietetic Head of Department at Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital in Cape Town. Her research into improving growth and nutrition of infants with congenital heart disease has been recognized as an exemplar of good practice and was honored with the British Dietetic Association Dame Barbara Clayton Award. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, along with a Pediatric Dietetic Pocket Guide with Dr. Rosan Meyer.
